Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Initially I wasn't  going to set up a page but a friend reminded me it doesnt matter how much money is raised as even the smallest amount counts towards the cause.

 

I have chosen Macmillan cancer support as my chosen charity as my dear grandad is currently loosing his fight with cancer.  The Macmillan  nurses  provide great care and support not only to my grandad but to my Nan, this takes some of the pressure from her for caring for him as he has decided that he wants his life to end at home. The word cancer alone is a frightening thing but with the help from Macmillan they have helped us as a family to realise it's not about what is the right thing to talk about or what we should say to him  but just being there with him is what is right for him. There is no doubt in my mind that they will show the continued support and care towards our family once his life has ended.
