In May I am taking on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge on the 13th and La Medocaine VTT Cycle Challenge on the 27th - walking and cycling a combined 70 km!

I am fundraising to generate much needed funds for our Counselling service. The pandemic hit Ruils’ disabled clients hard and long periods of shielding have left many struggling with isolation and anxiety. Waiting lists for our support services such as our Counselling and Befriending services are very long.   

Counselling at Ruils provides a safe and supportive space for parents of disabled young people, or those who are disabled or have mental health conditions themselves, to discuss their concerns and find ways to cope. We are really proud of our service which is unique locally for being free of charge to those who need it the most.  

If I can raise £600, it will pay for three extra clients to receive a series of Counselling sessions.  Please sponsor me as generously as you can.
