Sadly our gorgeous Ian and his mum were due to attend our conference next month here in the UK, they booked and paid cash through Thomas Cook in Florida. 

They won’t get a refund and sadly now Ian and his mum Lisa won’t be able to come and see their friends and meet up with the medical specialists.
