Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Hi my name is Caitlin and I am nearly 13 years old.  I have always had very long hair but I've now decided its time for a slightly shorter hair do (between 10 and 12 inches) and thought why not try and raise some funds for charity at the same time.

My hair is being donated to the Little Princess Trust, they provide free, real-hair wigs for young cancer sufferers or for children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss. They also fund life-saving research into childhood cancers.

I'd like to raise some money for a charity which is having a huge impact on my family.  Oma (my grandma) suffers from severe dementia and I know it effects lots of other families too.

Dementia UK is a national charity that aims to improve the quality of life for people with dementia. It offers advice and support to families who are living with dementia through its Admiral Nurses, who are registered nurses and dementia experts.

It would make me very happy if you could spare a few pennies (or pounds) and donate to this worthwhile charity.
