My beautiful niece Mia was diagnosed with Crohn's more than a year ago,  everyday since has been an uphill struggle for her, she is only 21 years old but she is the strongest person I know, she can not live a normal 21 year old's life as she suffers daily, she has been pulled, prodded and poked for the last 14 months and she has tried almost every medication possible but nothing has yet been effective in getting it under control.  

Mia and anyone else who suffers from Crohn's may have to deal with this for the rest of their lives, all we have to do is ensure that the money for support and research keeps coming in so that new medicines can be developed, in the hope of making so many peoples lives that tiny bit easier and maybe finding a cure for it one day.
