Story

Hi All

On the 3rd of July I will be taking part in this year’s Moonlight Colourthon.  I will be walking a total of 13.1miles, at night, round the coast line of Southend / Westcliff / Chalkwell and Leigh.  The ethos behind the Colourthon Event is to provide predominately smaller charities with the facility to raise much needed fund for their particular cause.

I have chosen to raise funds for St.Luke's Hospice, Basildon.  I hold this hospice very close to my heart, as my Granddad was a day release patient there in the last few months of his life.  He enjoyed his visits to the Hospice and always spoke very highly of all the staff there.  I feel this is the perfect opportunity for me to give something back and help them continue in the fantastic care they provide.

Thank you in advance for any donation you pledge, it is all much appreciated.

Michelle xx
