The last year for us has been a whirlwind we have unfortunately suffered two miscarriages. The support we have had from Held in Our Hearts via counselling sessions has been a life line to us both.

My husband and I have been truly devastated by our losses but both times support from Tracy Watt and the charity has allowed us to try and move forwards.

The devastation after the loss of a baby is something we never get over but with Held in our hearts they have shown us how to move forward in finding hope again.

Held in our hearts are there for us long as we need them.
