Story
I am taking part in 'The Midnight
Memories Walk 2010' on Friday 11th June in aid of Bolton Hospice in memory of
my ‘wonderful’ Father-in-Law
and my Uncle Jack, who both died of cancer and were cared for by Bolton Hospice. I will be walking the
8.2 miles with Joyce (mother-in-law), Diane and Jo (sisters-in-law) and my
three nieces - Claire, Rebecca & Katy.
Bolton Hospice does a fantastic job
of caring for our loved ones, who are suffering from cancer or other terminal
illnesses, and are dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and
the people close to them.
Bolton Hospice is only partially
funded by the Government and the Hospice's superbly equipped premises -
are paid for almost entirely by the generosity of people in
through their donations large and small, and by volunteers giving up their time –
which is why and events like this are vital.
Donating through JustGiving is
simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving –
they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll
send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on
every eligible donation by a
taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst
saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Many thanks for your support...
