Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be doing a skydive on 18th August 2010 and if I can reach my target of £3000 I will also SHAVE MY HAIR OFF!!  Please give generously.

Lisa's gift was set up by family and friends of Lisa Wray (nee Russell) after she lost her battle with a brain tumour in May 2009, aged just 24. She left behind a wonderful husband and three beautiful children then aged 1,2 and 6.

Lisa's gift operates under the umbrella of the charity Brain Tumour Research which aimes to raise £7 million per annum to fund world class research programmes at existing UK research establishments.

Brain Tumours kill more children and people under 40 than any other cancer - please help us find a cure.

Cheques made payable to Lisa's gift : please send to 11 Torre Close, Leeds LS9 7QW, ALTERNATIVELY on this website.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
