This will be our 9th year of running a Night Shelter for the homeless in Horsham, in partnership with Horsham Churches Together. Run during the winter months, the shelter provides guests with a hot evening meal, a bed & bedding for the night, and breakfast. Showering and laundry provision is available, there are evening activities, and our volunteer teams are focused on improving the well-being of those staying over. Outreach workers support the guests with advice and signposting, particularly looking towards our aim of getting them housed. With your support Horsham Matters is raising funds to buy items for bed kits, in particular: blankets @£10 each, pairs of pillows @£15 each, sleeping bags @£20 each and camp-beds @£25 each. With a bag to hold everything in, each full bed kit costs £72.
