In April, two of my very good friends had a beautiful baby daughter Abigail Sally.  Sadly, Abigail was born sleeping, they never saw her take her first breath, open her eyes or smile.  Obviously they are devastated, as are all that care about them. Emma was 41 weeks pregnant when Abigail passed away having never met her mummy and daddy.

Emma and Michael, Abigail's mum and dad, started a just giving page to raise money for the charity SANDS shortly after her death.  So far they have raised over £4000 and i would love for us to double that with our Firewalk for Abigail.  As well as providing memory boxes to bereaved parents, SANDS fund valuable research into infant loss and support the bereaved through this difficult time.  They also fund cold cots so that parents can have extra valuable hours with their child. 

17 babies a day die every day in the UK! This is 17 too many!

Please sponsor Olivia and I and on the 6th September we all promise to hot foot it across 15ft of hot coals in memory of little baby Abigail.  Olivia is just 8 years old but she's desperate to help this special cause so she plans to do the Firewalk with me in memory of little Abigail.
