I have never been a runner, and until the last few years I have barely done any exercise, so this 10K will be a massive challenge for me!  I am hoping to raise a bit of money for Ashgate Hospice in the process, as they've given a lot of support to my family over the last few years.  I'll be running in particularly in memory of my lovely godmother and Auntie Lisa, who was given lots of support from Ashgate Hospice before she died, 2 years ago this week.
