My Snowdon Challenge for Your Local Air Ambulance

The Air Ambulance Service Snowdon Challenge · 2 October 2021 ·
Twelve years ago I attempted to climb Snowden in memory of my mother. Sadly, due to poor weather and treacherous ice, I did not make it. Not achieving it has always bothered me and due to life events I haven't been able to make it back.
Heartbreakingly my dad passed away in May 2021. I know he was proud of me doing this for mum and I would now like to add him to the many reasons I want to complete this challenge. I really want to make my parents proud of me one last time and at the same time help an amazing charity to save lives.
I hope my family and friends never need their services, but I would like to know that they are there just incase we do.
Here is a bit about what the Air Ambulance do... Every day of the year, the Air Ambulance is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. Within minutes they can be on the ground delivering lifesaving care. The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
* Charities pay a small fee for our service. Find out how much it is and what we do for it.
