My absolutely amazing step dad was diagnosed with MS in 2015, which completely devastated our family. 

 But watching him fight this awful disease with such determination  (and humour fully intact) is truly inspiring.

 I ran the half marathon in 2021 for MS but have decided to go the for the full this year along with my son Joshua who will be running the 5k and my daughter Lily who will be running the 2K, to try and raise as much as we can to help support the MS society in the amazing work that they do.
