About My 2012 Gold Challenge

My personal aim is to keep improving my own fitness, physicial and mental health, and raise money for cancer research uk, as cancer has affected my family just like many other family's in the uk. from my sister to aunty's and uncle's grandparents and not forgetting friends, that have also had cancer Some have survived and all clear some not that why more research is needed into a dreadfull disease.I will challenge my self to walk, run, swim, and cycle and try kayaking again,
