Meet Seàn by 3 year old son. Seàn was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when he was 3 weeks old. Along with a few family members and close friends we will walk the distance in the hope of raising funds for this great charity Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. Seàn will be cheering us on along the way! I have seen first hand the great work this charity do here in Ireland.
