This Sunday 20th November I am running a Hiitstep Class in honour of Jason Eldridge-Pace! Totally not his thing, but he did love his boxing and we often talked about fitness and the crazy things I was doing, I think like most I wore him out just talking about it!

Sadly Jason chose to end his journey this year and left one massive whole within this incredible family. I am super luckily not just to have met Jason but be part of this wonderful family!! So the least I can do is jump around for an hour, raise the roof with great music and every penny I make from this class will go to Andy Mans Club!
