I am raising money for this amazing charity, as my wonderful Godmother stayed at this respite home, and sadly passed away in April 2014, from a blood cancer called Myeloma. She bravely fought this horrible disease from her first diagnosis in November 2012, and had a stem cell transplant and chemotherapy in the April of 2013. By the July she was in remission, but come the March of 2014 the cancer had returned, and after fighting it for so long, my darling Godmother, who was always smiling, and was very special to me, passed away in April of 2014. She never got to meet her adorable grandson, who was born a couple of days after Gill's passing. I miss her dreadfully and I hope you will donate as much, or as little as you can, to this wonderful charity, as it's a place where Gill and her husband spent time together.
