In memory of my beautiful mum, Carole. The HOKH gave us great support as a family, through a difficult time when my dad was at the end of his life,  and since then we have committed to helping them in any way we can. They are facing a funding crisis like never before and face the threat of closure without support. Their doctors, nurses and support teams are continuing to help over 880 terminally ill patients and their families, both in their homes and in the Hospice Inpatient Unit. They need to raise £300,000 every month to provide this care and almost all of this comes from fundraising events,  charity shops, and donations. As you can imagine, with the cancellation of fundraising activities and the closure of their shops, most of this income has vanished overnight.They want to be there for you so right now, they need us to be there for them.
