in support of the Alzheimer's Society I am once again running the Great North Run, 13.1 Miles of hilly hell! - Should be used to that living in Oldham. Please help me to support this great cause!

This time I am aiming to beat my previous time of 2 hours and 7 mins and to get finished in under 2 hours. Training is not going well I seem to be getting slower - must be my age!
