I am currently raising money for SOS Africa by taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 16 October 2011.

The SOS Africa charity is a small non profit organisation, UK registered, volunteer-run African charity, which funds the education and care of underprivileged African township children. The charity believes that the only way to break the cycle of poverty which continues to haunt African societies is through the provision of education to Africa’s future generations. You can help us achieve this by agreeing to sponsor a child in Africa, make a donation towards my run to raise funds for SOS Africa.
