A cause worth climbing for!🎗️

Myself and 4 of my colleagues at Aphex will be summiting 4 of the highest mountains in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland within a 48 hour period. ⛰️⛰️⛰️⛰️

Every single working day in the UK, two construction workers take their own life.

It's an honour to climb in aid of Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, as they do so much to provide support to individuals in an industry that still has a way to go in successfully tackling the topic of mental health.

The challenge will see us summit;

- Ben Nevis (1,345m)

- Helvellyn, England (950m)

- Snowdon, Wales (1,085m)

- and Carrantuohill, Ireland (1,038m) within a 48-hour window between 12th and 14th May 2022
