I was born a Palace fan, grew up nearby and learnt at an early age that every individual matters.

My professional and volunteer work has always been focused on helping people to grow and respond to change effectively, whether this has been in organisations, charities or educational institutions.

The Palace for Life Foundation prioritises help for physical and mental health, early intervention and mentoring for the disadvantaged and helping young people to transition from education to work.
