This October, I am going to be a part of #teamellenor, by taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2023! If you sponsor me, you will be enabling ellenor to provide care to local families facing life limiting illnesses. I will be running past some of Londons world-famous landmarks, and run through four of London's eight Royal Parks - Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens.

The Ellenor Hospice provided amazing care in the most difficult of circumstances. I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of my Dad, Barrie Pike who passed away earlier on this year and left us far too soon.  I am raising money for the amazing palliative care Ellenor gave to my Dad and to thank them for their compassion during such a difficult time. Every pound will count so please, please help me to raise as much money as possible for a cause which is so close to my heart!!

I have run in the past pre-covid but not run much since Covid so this will be a challenge to train for; however I’m looking forward to the challenge.
