Hi. Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
You will probably be unaware that my father died from throat cancer when I was 19. I along with my mother cared for him in the last few months of his life. He was ultimately cared for by the staff and doctors at St Ann’s Hospice and I will always be indebted to them for the tender and professional care they gave him. St Ann's is a hospice which depends solely on donations to care for those people suffering from cancer. St Ann’s organise an event called Manchester Midnight Walk, people raise money for the hospice by
completing a 10k walk around Manchester. This is on Friday 12th June. Jill, Mike, Chloe & I will be taking part and we are openly inviting any of you as friends to join us on the event. Of course it will be a late night but one that is for a cause very close to my heart.
What ever small donation you can make would be greatly appreciated.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Ann's Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you for your support. Michael.
