Story

On Sunday 21st April 2024 I am running the London Marathon for Hospice UK. The Hospice UK is the national charity working with the government and NHS to ensure our 200+ local hospices can survive and thrive in the challenging financial times. Hospice UK is for children, Adults and families going through death, dying and grief. Currently, one in four UK families cant get the care they need and deserve when their loved one is dying.

The Hospice UK is a charity close to my heart as well as my family. We had a sad loss within the family, My dad ended up passing away in 2009 because of COPD, the Hospice UK done an amazing job with taking care of him whilst he was in his last stages. They made him feel comfortable, also the staff were so friendly, myself and my family couldn't have praised them anymore.

As they looked after my dad with the upmost of care, I would like as many people as possible to help me raise money to help, The Hospice UK continue their fantastic work in order for them to give other people some comfort and support within their last days.
