Sadly, my dad passed away a week before Christmas. He was diagnosed with bowel cancer in October 2019 and had spent much of 2020 undergoing treatment.

In memory of dad, I've set myself the challenge of raising money for Bowel Cancer UK by running 250 km throughout January.
