I am running in memory of my brother, Robert who passed away suddenly in 2005 at the age of only 25.  By taking part in the Great North Run and raising money for the BHF, I am hoping to play a small part in helping to support heart patients and their families and to save lives.

This year will be my third Great North Run as I previously completed the course in 2006 and 2007.  I have been training a lot more than previous years so hopefully my time will reflect this.

All donations will be greatly appreciated, however big or small they may be.
