As you may or may not know my Mum Caroline was diagnosed with MND in 2021 and its a crazy disease to say the least, just to watch a relative go through it is heart wrenching. My Mum going from being chirpy and talk to anyone to losing her voice in such a short period of time its crazy. Not only that my Mum is unable to eat solids now due to the fact she could choke and is now losing a lot of weight due to this. My Dad has found out a few times whilst my mum has been choking and had to use the Heimlich manoeuvre its scary believe me.

So knowing the above and see what we are going through with my Mum I've decided to raise some money for MND association by riding my bike a hundred miles through London and Essex in the RideLondon-Essex on the 29th MAY without any training, mad I know but I thought it was next month lol :( .

Ill get this done and with backing from who ever wishes to donate, you will get me to the end.
