As some of you may be aware my mum, Sheila Taylor had a stroke in September 2021. She spent several weeks at the JR before moving onto the Oxfordshire Stroke Rehab facility in Abingdon and came home in January of 2022. Throughout her recovery she has been working with the Nuffield Orthopeadic Centre, through Physio, Arts and Crafts and various workshops, all of which have gone along way to helping with her recovery. When i discussed the idea of raising money for a charitable cause on her behalf, she requested that i raise money for the NOC as a thanks for the work they have done with her!

Along with my amazing wife and some incredible friends and family i will be running the 10K wolf run in September 2022 and to add a bit more to it, if i manage to raise the full £1,000 I will be shaving my head upon completion!
