I am going to be running the London Marathon this year in memory of my Dad, Leaonard Rigby who passed away in August 2012 very suddenly.

 

This will be my first Marathon and at this moment in time I have not run more than 10 miles. I am putting in as much training as I can to make sure I can get round the 26 and a bit miles.

Any kind of sponsorship you can give will be really appreciated.

I need to raise £1800 in order to be able to run for my chosen charity the Brain and Spine Foundation.

This charity can provide advice and counselling to those affected by brain injuries and also funds research that will hopefully help toward the prevention of conditions like those that have affected my family through the loss of my dad.
