My wife's mother and aunt left us in 2021 and 2019 due to cancer. It's so sad to watch the demise of a beautiful person because of something they have no control over.

I can swim and I can cycle, but I'm an old bloke struggling to run. 

On the 12th of June I will be swimming in the River Thames at 6.15am. It will be a tad chilly, but I will be wearing a good wetsuit, not my budgie smugglers. I will hobble to the finish line and will have raised funds to help others.

Please help me to reach my target.
