After completing Tough Guy last year I said I wouldn't do it again, but thats changed. Don't ask me why, but i have decided to do Tough Guy 2011.

Toughguy is a 10km run and assault course taking place at the end of January on a freezing cold Sunday morning. Its the ultimate test with hill runs, fire pitts, huge A-frames and under water tunnels. It's described as the original survival ordeal, a test of endurance designed to take you beyond your limits.

My aim is to raise £175 and I'd appreciate it if you could donate as much as possible.
