Story
Well, I was right about two things: I finished the race and I failed to break 2 hours! As was the case last year, we had a sunny day for the race but thankfully not the high temperature, so it was an enjoyable run. My highlight of the race was being passed by our Tonbridge MP Tom Tugendhat after 1 mile but then re-passing him after 11 miles and staying ahead! My thoughts are with the runner who suffered a cardiac arrest and is currently in a coma, but it is good to hear that he is making progress. It all goes to show how dangerous this running business is - so thank you to all of you who made a donation towards the excellent work done by the Bridge Trust.
