As most of you will already know, in October I lost a very special friend who meant the world to me. Angela was only 37 years old when she lost her battle with Bowel Cancer leaving behind a husband, four amazing kids and lots of heartbroken family members and friends.

My challenge for 2015 is to attempt to complete all 14 events of The Great Run Series starting with The Great Winter Run in Edinburgh on January 10th and finishing with The Great Ethiopian Run in November. Along the way I hope to raise funds for St. Benedict's Hospice in Sunderland who took such good care of Angela in her final days.
