Hi all,

Just want to thank you for coming to our page and we appreciate any money you can spare to this great cause. This is a charity that I (Michael) have great respect for what they do and the way they are making mental health a normal topic to discuss like any illness. Having suffered with mental health problems myself I realise how inportant it is now that I have amazing family and friends around including both Andrew and Scott (plus too many others to name). Things could have been a lot different if I didn’t have people to speak to and I hope in raising some money for this worthy cause it might help people who maybe don’t have the support that I had.  I hope that doing the 8 hours running in the mud will all be worth it in the end if we can do a little good and raise some money for a great cause. Thanks again for anything you can spare it means a lot to all 3 of us.
