Story
On August 3, 2021our youngest child, Elizabeth, was diagnosed with Leukemia. If there is a silver lining to be found, it's that Elizabeth is the toughest of the Loughren family. If you have ever seen Elizabeth compete in soccer, basketball, horseback riding, or with her two older brothers, Jack and Carter, then you have undoubtedly seen her gritty attitude on display.
Elizabeth has also been blessed with grace. This combination of grit and grace is what defines Elizabeth and makes her beautiful.
Our family has always believed nothing is insurmountable with the support of one's faith, friends, and family. Today we asking you to support Elizabeth and our family.
Through a donation to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, you will be showing the love that gives Elizabeth the extra strength to call upon all of her grit and grace to defeat Leukemia.

Donations from the Elizabeth Strong - Grit and Grace campaign will be directed towards the oncology and hematology departments of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. We are so thankful for all of the doctors, nurses, and staff who have helped support Elizabeth and our family since her diagnosis.
