We provide a lifetime of support to the wider Army Family.

Story

Return to Berlin after 2 years. 25th Sept 2011 is also my 32nd Birthday

Achieved a finishing time of 2 hrs 57 mins 57 secs in 2009, I hope to beat it this time.

The ABF - Army Benevolent Fund is truly a worthwhile cause, looking after ex & serving soldiers in times of need.
