The National Three Peaks Challenge

Michael Lake is raising money for St Barnabas Hospice Trust (Lincolnshire)

National Three Peaks Challenge · 5 June 2021

We provide palliative and end-of-life care to support patients at a difficult time.

Story

Starting at 5pm on 8th June 2021, Mick will be leading and supporting a small team who are aiming to climb the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales - all within a 24 hour period.

The team members are his son Tony and their friend Lindsay Nearn who will be using the Three Peaks Challenge as training for the St Barnabas 40th anniversary Mont Toubkal Trek which takes place on the 18th May 2022.

During the Covid pandemic, there has been a massive shortfall in St Barnabas’ funding so we want to do our bit to help.  Please support us if you are able to do so.  Thank you.

St Barnabas Hospice is a local independent charity who supports more than 10,500 people across Lincolnshire with a life-limiting or terminal illness each year. They deliver free, high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients, their families and carers. They aim to enable them to live as fully as they are able for however many days, weeks or months they have left. They are reliant on the financial support the community provides, to be there for more patients, their families and carers, every day of the year.
