On July 31st I am taking part in the 2016 Padstow to Rock open water swim. This is a one mile swim across the Camel Estuary with funds raised going to support Marie Curie Cancer Care. My partner Kate Smith and my brother in law Paul will also be taking part and we are all first timers at open water swimming.

The money raised will help Marie Curie Nurses continue to provide expert care and support for people living with a terminal illness and their families.Every £20 raised will provide another hour of care and £180 pays for a nurse’s full shift.
