Story

Over the weekend of 30 & 31 January 2021 I am walking the full length of the beautiful East Lothian coastline, from Musselburgh to Dunglass, a distance of just over 40 miles, to raise funds for Tiny Changes.

In May 2018, Scott Hutchison (pictured above), singer in the Scottish band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst young people in Scotland, and they founded Tiny Changes (Charity number SC049112) which aims to further that cause by funding projects and events that support affected people and advance research, and also by raising awareness and influencing policy. There is a crisis in young people's mental health in Scotland and it is getting worse. Any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated by the team at Tiny Changes to assist them in the valuable work they do.
