Michael Freeman joined UCL Faculty of Laws in 1969 and is its longest serving member. Not only has Michael pioneered child law, children's rights and child abuse, he is also a much valued and distinguished member of the teaching staff. As Michael retires from teaching this Autumn, he has requested that instead of receiving a gift, he would like donations to be made to either of two charities which are incredibly important to him; Unicef and the Cure Parkinson's Trust.
