Hi!

 

As I am sure you all know by now, I'm cycling from London to Brighton on the 19th June in support of the British Heart Foundation and the Macmillan Cancer Support Charity.

 

Both charities are close to my heart as they have helped loved ones who are sadly no longer with us, and I am proud to take this opportunity to help raise funds for such worthy causes.

 

Please dig deep; every pound is greatly received.
