London to Brighton Bike Ride June 2010 · 20 June 2010

We provide information, advice & support to everyone affected by a parents drinking

Story

After I caught Darren on a drunken night out and convinced him it was a good idea, the training has now started.  Please donate as much as you can and come and support us at the finish in Brighton!  Maybe bring some ice cream, we wont be eating it...  The longest ride so far has been 20 miles, roughly a third.... It will be fine!

The charity was originally going to be Alcoholics Anonymous but then we felt that the children of Alcoholics are more deserving (seeing as we really are the children of the Alcoholics!!)

About the charity

1 in 5 children in the UK are affected by their parents' alcohol problems. They are often frightened and isolated, with no one to turn to for help. Nacoa responds by providing a free, confidential telephone, 1-2-1 chat and email helpline.
