I'm taking part in the Chillingham Castle Scarefest challenge to support disabled babies, children and young adults across the North East with The Chronicle Sunshine Fund.

Facing my fears of the unknown and supernatural. Anyone who knows me will know I am frightened of my own shadow most of the time and fear is an emotion I avoid at all costs so this will be a real challenge for me and not one I will be taking lightly.
