Hey there,

This September I’m running the Vienna City Marathon in memory of my mum, who died suddenly of an aneurysm at the start of the year. 

Running has been a really amazing way of dealing with the loss over the last 8 months, so it felt right to acknowledge that by running it in her memory. 

She was an amazing and humble person, and a huge advocate for peace and understanding on all levels. Embrace the Middle East was a really important charity to her heart, who help tackle poverty and inequality in that torn part of the world. 

I’d be really grateful for your support, both financially and in morale, as I train and continue to put my body through some pretty dumb stuff over the next month.
