As some of you may be aware Adele, was diagnosed with MS last year. I have always known about MS with a number of friends and family having suffered from it. 

So I have decided to do something to help raise money to give back to the MS Society that help with advice and support as well as research. Hopefully some day there will be a cure.

I hope you will all dig deep and help me reach and exceed my goal and I will do my best to get fit and complete the challenge.
