It's that time of year again when I bribe, blackmail and beg friends & family to help me raise some money for charity. This year I plan to raise over £1000 for Breast Cancer Care by running the BUPA 10k run on May 30th.

I'm hoping that your generosity and kindness will help me reach this target. Most of us know, or will know someone who will battle breast cancer and I hope that in these tough  financial times that you can dig deep and spare a few quid to help this charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe and they never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity and make sure that Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. It's the most efficient way to donate, however if you want to pay with cash or cheques, I can make sure these donations go onto this page and therefore straight onto the charity.
