I was so grateful the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) were there to help my dear friend survive a potentially life-threatening event early on this year. I was stunned to learn that each call out costs the Air Ambulance service is circa £3500 and on average the EAAA conduct 8 missions a day!  

Running Cambridge Half Marathon is not going to be a walk in the park! Having never run before, and having just turned 64,  the thought of running 13.2miles is fairly daunting, however with the support of my Personal Trainer, PT Abi Daniels, I have a running programme tailored to my own fitness level in order to achieve my goal! 

‘As Michaels PT for the last 3years I have no doubt that Michael will successfully complete Cambridge Half! Since first meeting Michael he has grown in confidence and always takes on a challenge head on! We will continue our usual strength training alongside the running programmes to reach Michael’s goal.’
