So it’s about time I dusted off the old Freddie Mercury costume and put it to good use In trying to raise some much needed funds for Harvey and the Brave little soldiers and the NPUK charity 

This time, Freddie (alias me)  will be taking on the Birmingham 10k Runfest which is being held at Sutton park  on Sunday 17th September 

Although I have managed to get to the 5k mark, this one will be a big challenge for me (Well it is twice the distance)

I will be training hard over the next few months and hopefully with your support and inspiration I’ll be ready to achieve my goal on the day. 

So look out for Freddie running in a street near you in the coming weeks
